Rock The Block: 8am-1pm. This event is a 10K run, a 5K run/walk, and a free kids run. The event includes scenic courses, food, music and vendors, so it’s more than just a run/walk event. Center Grove High School
Tommy & The Nest Car Show: 8:30am-3:30pm. Enjoy live music, food truck, a 50/50 raffle and awards at this car show. Entry is $20.
Military Vehicle and Firetruck Show: 9am-5pm. Enjoy military reenactors, equipment vendors, vintage fire trucks, military vehicle (including helicopter) rides and more. Admission is free. Johnson County Fairgrounds Franklin, IN
Brunch Therapy at SIP: 10am-2pm. Enjoy mimosas and a brunch tower filled with treats while singing along to fun throwback songs played by a DJ. Tickets required.
Spring Vintage & Handmade Fest: 10am-5pm. Enjoy browsing the vintage items from numerous shops and from more than 100 vendors selling antiques, vintage goods and handmade items. There will also be live music, food trucks and more. Downtown Franklin
Cartoons for Cans: 11am-3pm. 11am & 2pm. involves the showing of six classic Warner Brothers cartoons (about 45 minutes total), showing in 35mm film. Different cartoons at each showtime! Admission is just one canned or non-perishable good. All donations will be collected and donated to Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County Tickets are only available at the door on the day of show.
Blooms Bottles & Bites: 12pm-6pm. Admission is free and all ages are welcome. Sister's Brew plays from 2-5pm. Mallow Run
Ready, Set, Rescue: 4:30-10pm. Individuals and families living with rare or chronic health conditions are invited to join a night of fun, dinner and emergency preparedness education in a safe and accessible location. There will be free access to select Rascal's attractions, ambulance tours, educational activities by trained volunteers, dinner and more. Tickets required.

Up Coming Events You Don’t Want to Miss!
Talk Derby to Me: April 30th 4:30- to 10pm. Dress to impress and step into an evening inspired by classic Kentucky Derby tradition, featuring signature cocktails, friendly competition and lively lounge energy. Plus, join the fun with some Derby-style contests including best derby hat (ladies) and best bow tie (gentlemen).
First Fridays in Franklin: May 1st 5-8pm. More than 25 stores and restaurants in downtown Franklin will be open late for this fun shopping and dining event. There will be live music at three different spots downtown, artists, and other fun. This month's theme is BINGO, and shoppers can fill out their bingo card for the chance to win prizes.
