  • Frank’s Open Stage: 5-8pm. Frank’s Open Stage, featuring a variety of musicians, returns to Richard’s. Richard’s Brick Oven Pizza Franklin, IN 

  • Porch Pots at Miss M’s: 5-7pm. Build your own porch pot, filled with fresh greenery, stems, ornaments and more. Tickets required. 

  • Wicked Themed Trivia: 7:30-9:30pm. WICKED themed trivia night, fun and prizes. Dress up in your Oz-inspired best (green glam encouraged) and join an interactive trivia experience hosted live by a game host. Dave & Busters Greenwood, IN

  • Weekly Wednesday Walk: 6:15-7:30pm. Freedom Park Greenwood, IN RSVP required. 

  • Christmas Acres: 6-10pm. Visit this local family who sets up more than 100,000 Christmas lights. Drive up the circle and check out their displays. Free, but they request canned goods to donate to the local food pantry. 6211 N. 500 East Franklin, IN

  • Blackout Wednesday at SIP: 6-10pm. Enjoy live music by DJ Lodien and fall cocktails the night before Thanksgiving. SIP Cocktails on Main, 250 W. Main St. Greenwood, IN

  • Blackout Wednesday at BoJaks: 9pm-3am. Music by a DJ starting at 9:30 p.m., plsu drinks and food. BoJak's Bar & Grille, 377 E. Jefferson St. Franklin, IN


 Thursday, November 27            

  • Turkey Burn Thanksgiving Run/Walk: 8:30am-12pm. Come to Freedom Park for the Turkey Burn 5K run/walk and kids run. The event starts at 9 a.m. at Craig Park. The kids run (with a turkey running partner) will take place first. Register online. Freedom Park Greenwood, IN 

  • Thanksgiving Banquet: 11am-2pm. The Thanksgiving Banquet Board is providing free Thanksgiving meals to Johnson County residents. This event is in person this year and will take place at Scott Hall at the fairgrounds. Johnson County Fairgrounds. 

  • Fore K Birdie Dash: 9am-12pm. Work off the Thanksgiving fest while making a difference. Walk or run a 4K around the golf course, then enjoy lunch at The Haven. Tickets are $15 and proceeds support Every Kid Eats.

Friday, November 28

  • Jumperoo: 10am-12pm. Urban Air Franklin. The park will be open for ages 5 and under only. $10.99/child (parent plays free). 

  • The Holiday Stroll OPENING DAY: 5:30-9pm. Kelsay Farms invites people to stroll through their farm for a magical holiday experience. Bring your cameras for larger-than-life decorations, relax amongst the lights and the trees, sip hot cocoa by a warm campfire, and enjoy the live Nativity. Tickets required. Whiteland, IN

  • 2025 53rd Annual IHSAA Football State Finals: Games start at 11:00am. Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, IN. Tickets required. 

  • Indiana Pacers vs Washington Wizards: 7:30pm. Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, IN. Tickets required.   

  • Indy Fuel vs Fort Wayne Komets: 7:00pm. Fishers Event Center, Fishers, IN. Tickets required. 


Saturday, November 29 

  • Indy South Train Show: 10am-2pm. ​​See running model train layouts, trains, rolling stock, books, DVDs, and memorabilia to purchase. Food is available. Entry is $5 per person. Kids 14 and under get in free with an adult. Johnson County Fairgrounds Franklin, IN 

  • Monarch Theory Collective Holiday Open House: 12pm-7pm. Shop holiday gifts, everyday basics, statement pieces at this local boutique. DM @monarchtheorycollective on instagram for the address. 

  • Small Business Saturday: 10am-12pm. The Chamber is hosting its annual Start Here Open House from 10 a.m. to noon. Start your shopping day at the chamber office with free tote bags, coupons and refreshments, then head out and shop. The first 100 people in line will receive Chamber Cash, which can be spent like cash at participating stores.    

  • Couples Therapy - A Relationship Comedy Show: 7pm-9pm. Tickets required. Mad Hatter Shows Greenwood, IN
