Kids Craft at MashCraft: 6:30-7:30pm. A group of teachers and parents will provide fun crafts, snacks and learning so you can hang out and snack and sip. Ages 5+ and $5 per kiddo. Greenwood MashCraft.

  • Up Cellar Master Class 4: 6-8pm. Mixologist and professor, Gordon Strain, will guide guests through each 60-minute class by diving into the history of five different spirits followed by a hands-on lesson on how to craft two signature cocktails for each. (Vodka class). Tickets required. 

  • Indianapolis 500 Opening Day: Gates open 10:00am. Practice starts 2:15pm. Indianapolis, Motor Speedway, Indianapolis, IN. Tickets required.

  • Indianapolis Indians vs  Louisville Bats: 6:35pm. Victory Field, Indianapolis, IN. Tickets required. Tuesday Dollar Menu. 

  • Aberdeen Farmers Market: 5-8pm. Aberdeen Farms is hosting a pop-up farmers market featuring local vendors and food trucks. Attendees can also visit the farm animals for free. Enter through the Aberdeen neighborhood and follow signs to Aberdeen Farms.

  • Indianapolis Indians vs Louisville Bats: 7:05pm. Friday Fireworks and Prospects Weekend. Victory Field, Indianapolis, IN. Tickets required. 

  • Zach Top - Cold Beer and Country Music: 7:30pm. Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park, Indianapolis, IN. Tickets required. 

  • Indy Eleven - Women’s Team vs Lexington SC: 7:00pm. Grand Park, Westfield, IN. Tickets required. 

  • Ray Crowe Elementary School Carnival: 5-8pm. The carnival will include games, inflatables, face painting, food trucks, and more fun activities. All proceeds from the event will benefit the students, teachers, and staff of Ray Crowe Elementary.


Saturday, May 17

  • PPG Armed Forces Qualifying - Day 1: Gates open 8:00am. Practice starts 8:30am. Qualifying starts 11:00am. Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indianapolis, IN. Tickets required. 

  • Indianapolis Cars and Coffee: 8:00am-11:00am. Fishers Event Center, Fishers, IN. 

  • Indiana Fever vs Chicago Sky: 3:00pm. Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, IN. Tickets required. 

  • Indianapolis Indians vs Louisville Bats: 6:35pm. Victory Field, Indianapolis, IN. Teacher Appreciation Night, Team Autographs, Bubba Chandler Bobblehead Giveaway, and Prospects Weekend. Tickets required. 

  • Dog Man the Musical: 11:00am, 2pm, 6pm.. Howard L. Schrott Center for the Arts. Tickets required.

  • Touch a Truck Greenwood: 9am-12pm. Local departments and companies pack the parking lot with their trucks so kids can climb in an explore. Admission is $2 per child. Greenwood Department of Public Works parking lot, 367 S. Washington St. Greenwood, IN

  • Indiana Live Steamers Public Rides: 12-4pm. Train fans are invited to come to the McClain Cabin Station at Johnson County Park for scenic train rides that cover nine scale miles (6,000 feet) and take about 20 minutes. The cost is $4 per person. Shoes are required. The trains run if the weather allows.

  • Golf Cart 500: 3-5pm. Join Johnson County Park for the Golf Cart 500 and get the chance to compete in races and different events. First, second, third and last place prizes will be awarded. Must have a valid driver's license. Cost is $5. The races will take place at the park baseball fields.

  • Spring into Summer Festival: 5-10pm. Kick off the season with live music by Sticktight at 5 p.m. and Night Owl Country Band to follow. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy a fun night with family. Jenkins Farm Market, 5566 State Road 252 Franklin, IN

  • Summer Concert Series at MashCraft: 7-9pm. Enjoy an outdoor concert featuring Train Wreck, plus great food and craft beer. Bring a chair and enjoy this family-friendly event. Greenwood MashCraft. 

  • Speakeasy Night at Haberdasher Distillery: 8:30-11:59pm. Join Haberdasher for a 1920s speakeasy night with cocktails, dim lighting, jazz music and snacks. Tickets are required and include two cocktails, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Additional drinks can be purchased with cash only. Attendees are encouraged to dress in 1920s attire.


Sunday, May 18  

  • Indianapolis Indians vs Louisville Bats: 1:35pm. Victory Field, Indianapolis, IN. Kids Eat Free Sunday, Knot Hole Kids Club Giveaway, Trading Card Experience, and Prospects Weekend. Tickets required. 

  • PPG Armed Forces Qualifying - Day 2: Gates open 10:00am. Practice starts 1:00pm. Qualifying starts 4:05pm. Firestone Fast Six at 6:25pm. Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indianapolis, IN. Tickets required. 

  • Dog Man the Musical: 11:00am. Howard L. Schrott Center for the Arts. Tickets required.
