Monday, Oct 9


Library Events at Johnson County Public Libraries

  • Baby Storytime:10:00am - 10:30am, White River Branch

  • School Age Chefs: 4:00pm - 4:45pm, Trafalgar Branch

  • Family Storytime: 6:00pm - 6:30pm, Franklin Branch

  • Tales for Tails: 6:00pm - 8:00pm, White River Branch Improve your reading skills and enjoy time with a registered Pet Partners canine friend. Sign up for a 15-minute session at the Information Desk or call 317-885-1330.


  • Waterman’s Fall Harvest Festival: 9-8pm. Massive Ball Pit, Tractor Tire Mountain Slide, Corn Maze, Straw Maze, Football Toss, Basketball Throw, Duckpin Bowling, Spinning Pumpkin, Tire-Pit Annie, Tractor Playground, Human Hamster Wheels, Train Rides, Tractor Rides to the Pumpkin Patch, Apple Cider Slushies and all the Fall TREATS! $12/person (2 and under free). (EVERYDAY)


  • Kelsay Farms: 12-6pm. Open for FALL BREAK! Head out to enjoy everything from the corn maze, hayrides, farm animals, jump pad, corn crib, Moo Choo, pumpkins and much more! Tickets here

Tuesday, Oct 10


  • Indianapolis Children's Museum Activities: 10:30am-3:30pm. Check out all of the events and times they start here.


  • Wright’s FUN time: 12-12:50pm. $15 per kid if you’re not registered in a class already. Kids under 3 must have a parent on the floor with them at all times. Register here.


Greenwood Library Event

  • Movie Matinee: 11am. FREE and fun afternoon at the library with Disney's live-action The Little Mermaid on the big screen! Popcorn and activities will be provided. All ages.

Wednesday, Oct 11


Greenwood Library Event:

  • Board Game Break: 1-4pm. Featured games will be for ages 8 and older.

  • Tots on the Turf: 9-10 and 10-11 $5 per child for the hour


  • Art Mini Camp: 2-3:30 at Millie’s Ice Cream Co. to learn about the art medium of clay! This class includes instruction on painting with clay to create a masterpiece on canvas board, a make n take craft, along with a sweet treat from Millie’s Ice Cream Co. $15 a child. Register here.


  • Wrights FUN time: 12-12:50pm & 4-4:50pm. $15 per kid if you’re not registered in a class already. Kids under 3 must have a parent on the floor with them at all times. Register here.

  • JACK-O-LANTERNS AND OWLS DROP-IN: 1-4pm. You can make owls and jack-o-lanterns out of your very own handprint cutouts! Ages 10+, no registration required.


  • Wrights FUN time: 7:00-7:50pm. $15 per kid if you’re not registered in a class already. Kids under 3 must have a parent on the floor with them at all times. Register here.


  • Science Mini Camp: 2-3:30pm. Millies Ice Cream Co. This camp will teach your child how to turn questions into hypotheses, test theories on a small scale, and even carry out their own experiment! $15 per child. Register here!

  • Free Friday Story Time: 10:30am. Courthouse lawn. 5 E Jefferson St. Franklin, IN. with Toodleydoo Toys.


  • Mom Walk with Mom Walk Collective Franklin, IN: 9am. Meet with other local moms and take a walk while raising the next generation. DM @themomwalkco.franklin on instagram for the registration link.
