Baby and Me - Enrichment and Movement Class: 11am-12pm. FREE 45 minute class. It is designed to encourage development and sustain a sense of calm. During the introduction to yoga portion of the class, you’ll work on motor skills and build confidence as you strengthen your bond. The stroller walk will stimulate your little explorer’s senses and allow adults a chance to socialize with other young families while getting exercise. Bring a blanket, stroller, snacks, and water!
