Voices from the Past Storyteller Series - Campaigning with Sherman: Hoosiers March to the Sea: 1:30pm - 3:00pm, Outside the Library at the Johnson County Museum
Movies in the Park - "Minions: The Rise of Gru": 8:00pm - 10:00pm, Outside the Library at Independence Park
The Apple Works Fall Fun: 10am-6pm. Fall Fun is open on Indy’s south side. Check out fun Fall activities like the combine slide, ducky races, a corn cob pit, pony rides, face painting, and more!
Indiana Live Steamers: 12-4pm. Train fans are invited to come to the McClain Cabin Station at Johnson County Park for train rides that cover nine scale miles (6,000 feet) and take about 20 minutes. The cost is $4 (cash only) per person. Shoes are required and the trains run if the weather allows.
Harvest Moon Fall Festival: 12-10pm. The annual Harvest Moon Fall Festival will be a day-long event full of entertainment for the whole family. Free admission. This year's event features a car cruise-in from noon to 4:30 p.m.; a petting zoo and craft vendors from noon to 5 pm. & food trucks from noon to 9pm. and a fun zone and live music from 5 to 9 pm.
Sunday September 17
Music at Mallow Run Winery: Enjoy a relaxing, laid-back Sunday afternoon on the patio with wine, snacks and live music. Music by: Davis & Devitt (2-5pm) Winery open 12-6pm; music + food on the patio 2-5pm. Free admission. Family friendly. Wine available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
